Warsaw Trade Tower, a 208-metres-tall skyscraper with a roof line at 184 meters, is the fourth highest building in Poland. Only the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw Spire and Wrocław’s Sky Tower tower over it. It was raised in 1999 as a pioneering project and its characteristic shape dominated the panorama of Warsaw for many years. Its foundations are 11 metres deep, and the entire structure is based on 156 stilts. In 2015-2016, it underwent a thorough renovation. Tenants have been granted access to, among others, conference and event space as well as a relaxation zone and a gym. The building still sets the standards for creating modern office spaces.
