The Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw
The Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw, in collaboration with its 38 county counterparts and the Border Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, cares for over 5 million inhabitants of the region. Its tasks include taking care of hygiene in workplace, educational units and other facilities where people are present, and supervision of food and cosmetics. It also played a vital role in many issues related to the coronavirus pandemic.
