The car park is open 24/7, 7 days a week.
Where can I find information on parking fees?
The price list is available at the entrance to the car park and at the automatic payment machines located at the staircase of the entrance from Piękna street, as well as at the exit ramp from the car park. You can also check the prices here.
How do I get to the car park?
The car park entrance/exit is located in Wronia street. Pedestrian access is available through a staircase located in Grzybowska street (Haberbusch and Schiele breweries).
What should I do if while paying, my money got stuck in the automatic payment machine?
Please report the problem via the intercom located at the automatic payment machine. You will then be instructed further.
Can persons with disabilities park free of charge?
There are no designated disabled parking spaces in the car park.
What is the maximum height of a car entering the car park?
The maximum permissible height of the car is 2.0 metres.
Are LPG cars allowed in the car park?
No, LPG cars must not use this car park.
What should I do if I lose my parking ticket?
There are special intercom buttons on the automatic payment machines and on entrance barrier posts. If you lose your ticket, press the button to connect to the car park staff and get information on the next steps.

How much are parking subscriptions?
Various subscription plans are available in the car park to suit many drivers’ needs. More details can be found in the Prices section.
How can I pay for parking?
You can make the payment at the automatic payment machine by cash or card. If you are a Pcard+ card holder, check the parking fee conditions in the Pcard+ terms and conditions available on the Pcard+ website.
Where and when do I pay for parking?
Before leaving the car park, take your ticket to the automatic payment machine located in the staircase at the entrance in X street or at the exit ramp from the car park. After settling the payment, you have 15 minutes to leave the car park. Pcard + holders place their card at the exit barrier post.
How can I get a parking subscription or change it?
You can order the subscription here. Just fill in the form – we will respond as soon as possible. To change your subscription, send an e-mail to: abonamenty@interparking.com, providing basic data and specifying which car park the changes apply to.
How can I get a receipt right after paying?
You can only receive a receipt when paying at the automatic payment machine. Select the appropriate button when paying for the ticket. If you forget to do so and leave, we will be unable to issue a receipt for the service.
Do you issue invoices for parking?
If you wish to receive an invoice, we need the hard copy of the receipt. Send it to our head office along with the complete buyer data so we can properly issue the invoice, and the address to which we should mail it. It is possible to issue an electronic invoice.
Is free parking available?
Parking free of charge is not possible.
Is discounted parking possible?
The car park accepts Pcards+, which entitle their holders a discount. To order a card and take advantage of discounts, visit www.pcard.pl and order your card today. Additional information about the program is available on the dedicated website indicated above.
